1. DATA COLLECTION
We collect personal information necessary for your postpartum support, including: Name, Email, Home Address (for time zone management), Date of Birth, and Due Date (EDD).
2. VIDEO & COMMUNICATION STORAGE

* Video Calls: All 1-on-1 video sessions are recorded. These files are encrypted and stored on a secure, private cloud server.
* Purpose: Recordings are kept solely for quality control and as legal evidence of the non-medical, educational nature of our coaching.
* Retention: Data is stored for 12 months from the date of the final session, after which it is permanently deleted.

3. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION
WhatsApp support is provided for practical, non-urgent questions during days 1-3. Personal data shared via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We do not store WhatsApp chat histories longer than necessary for the duration of your service.
4. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data. Access to video recordings is strictly limited to the head consultant of Dutch Postpartum Experts and, if necessary, legal counsel. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
5. CONSENT
By using our services and ticking the agreement box at checkout, you consent to the collection, recording, and storage of your data as described above.
